BRASHER FALLS -- Nathan McLaughlin, 16, decided to put his broken goalie sticks to good use by using them to make a wellhouse.

It is sitting in the front yard of his house.

McLaughlin is a goalie for St. Lawrence Central School.

"We figure with the amount of sticks used in the wellhouse, it is worth a lot," said Mary McLaughlin, Nathan's mom.
