Matthew J. Pearson, 28, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after police found “a quantity of heroin” at his residence.
Ogdensburg Police Department Narcotic’s Enforcement Unit, St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force, the Village of Gouverneur Police Department, U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Ogdensburg Police K9 Unit executed a search warrant at 704 State Street in the City of Ogdensburg NY.
Pearson was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court by the Honorable Gary Alford and was remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $5,000 Cash or $10,000 bond.
The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are possible.
