CLARE - A Russell teen was charged with a felony Thursday following a burglary complaint first reported to state police May 10.
The unidentified 14 year old was charged with second-degree burglary, felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 10:02 a.m. at the state police station, 410 Cedar St., Ogdensburg.
The teen allegedly possessed a shotgun that was taken during the burglary at 2434 County Route 27, officers said.
The youth was issued appearance tickets returnable to St. Lawrence County Family Court at a later date.
