CANTON -- The St. Lawrence County Public Health Department reports 31 people are in quarantine and 234 people have been tested for COVID-19.
Earlier today, the department reported the county's first confirmed COVID-19 case. Public health officials say 130 tests have come back negative and 103 are pending.
Nearby Franklin County also reported their first confirmed COVID-19 patient.
Clinton County reports nine cases, one of whom is an inmate at Clinton Correctional Facility.
