POTSDAM — Potsdam Town Supervisor Ann M. Carvill is recommending that residents wear bandanas or scarves to cover their faces when they have to go to essential locations like grocery stores or drug stores.
“This is in addition to staying at least 6 feet from others,: she said in a press release to North Country Now. “Due to the shortage of PPE (personal protective equipment) for doctors and nurses, it would help the cause if town residents opted to use their own scarves/bandanas instead of trying to buy PPEs needed at hospitals.”
