OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg resident was charged with unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine on Franklin Street, according to Ogdensburg police.

Police said they interviewed a subject inside the home and a search warrant was later executed.

Kelsey L. Rubadue, no age listed, was charged with third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, endangering the welfare of a child, resising arrest and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle at 1:07 p.m., officers said.

Rubadue was ordered held on $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.

The Ogdensburg Police Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit was assisted by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force, New York State Parole, and New York State Police CCSERT.
