OGDENSBURG — Ogdensburg and Rensselaer Falls residents were charged with drug possession following a traffic stop on SH 37 Tuesday morning, according to state police.
Cortinie R. Yerden, 21, Rensselaer Falls and Eric R. Miller, 29, Ogdensburg were both charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, officers said.
Miller was additionally charged with third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and reckless driving, troopers said.
Miller was listed as held and Yerden was cited and released.
Troopers said Yerdon was cited on SH 37 and Miller was arrested on Old State Road in Lisbon.
