CANTON — An Ogdensburg man was charged with promoting prison contraband Monday at St. Lawrence County jail, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Joshua M. Frajda, 32, was charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband, deputies said.
He allegedly possessed the suboxone while he was an inmate at the jail on June 7, officers said.
Frajda was ordered held without bail.
