DEKALB - An Ogdensburg man was charged with burglary Friday afternoon, according to state police.
Victor R. Gardner, 36, was charged with third-degree burglary, felony, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, possession of burglar tools and petit larceny, officers said.
His arrest took place on Lake Street in Ogdensburg at 3:38 p.m,, police said.
He was cited and released.
