State police said they made two felony prison contraband arrests Monday following complaints made to state police last fall.
• Kamarie Harmon, 25, Ogdensburg, was charged with first-degree possession of prison contraband, felony, at 8:10 a.m.
The alleged incident took place in Ogdensburg and was reported to troopers Oct. 1.
• David Ortizramos, 28, Gouverneur, was charged with first-degree possession of prison contraband, felony, at 9:02 p.m.
The alleged incident took place in Gouverneur and was reported to police Nov. 5.
Both subjects were listed as held in police custody.
No other information was made public.
