OGDENSBURG -- The Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce is selling the Ogdensburg Pride and Beautification Committee’s Historical Post Cards in its office at 318 Ford Street for $1.25 each, or a complete set of (24) can be purchased for $20.
The Historical Post Cards depict Ogdensburg landmarks in their heyday before the landscape of the City changed.
There are (24) color post cards in all.
The scenes are: Ford Street East; Lighthouse Point; Sandy Beach; New York Central Depot; Another view of Light House Point; Ford Street West; Aerial View of Industrial Plants; View of Crescent Park; Another View of the Crescent; Water Works Station (the Dam); Notre Dame Church and the Rectory; State Hospital; Marine Railway; Grain Elevator; Sail Boats on the St. Lawrence River; Seymour House; Lafayette Street Bridge (on back order/coming soon); City Park; Pythian Home for the Aged; Dock and Custom House; Post Office and Newton Martin Curtis Monument; A. Barton Hepburn Hospital; George Hall Junior High School and Ogdensburg Free Academy and Remington Memorial Building.
The Chamber also has short-sleeve and long-sleeve t-shirts depicting a picture of the Ogdensburg-Prescott International Bridge/St. Lawrence River for sale. Short-sleeve t-shirts are $13 each and the long-sleeve are $18 which includes sales tax.
