Ogdensburg, Canton and DeKalb Junction anglers took top honors in the Northern New York Bassmasters final tournament of the season in Chaumont Bay on Lake Ontario.
Brad Paradis and Robert Paradis of Ogdensburg took first place with 22.76 pounds.
Tyler Capella and Carrie Capella of Canton took second with 22.45 pounds.
Roy Johnson and Gary Danussi of Tupper Lake finished third with 20.91 pounds.
Fred Morrill and Gary Morgan of DeKalb Junction took fourth with 20.81 pounds.
With the win, Paradis and Paradis secured their 3rd NNY Bassmasters Team Of The Year title with 1,177 pts, narrowly edging out last years first-time champions Capella and Capella.
They had 1,176 pts for second place.
Rounding out the top five teams for the season were
Robert Marceau & Richard Garlock (Ogdensburg and Alex Bay) with 1,173 pts in third, James Moore and Doug Kirkbride (Gouverneur and Beaver River) with 1,170 pts in fourth, and fifth place Chris Backus and Paul Streeter of Cranberry Lake with 1,169 pts.
The Northern New York Bassmasters will wrap up their 2015 season with the team championship on the St. Lawrence River September 19 and 20, hitting the St. Lawrence River from the Waddington launch.
