OSWEGATCHIE -- A Norfolk woman was charged Thursday evening after crashing her vehicle into another vehicle at the intersection of State Highway 37 and Park Street, according to state police.
Troopers said they responded to a two vehicle personal-injury accident around 5:20 p.m. and following investigation they charged Mary K. Vaisey, 45, with first-offense aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Police said Vaisey was operating a 2013 Kia when she struck a 2014 Nissan Rogue that was operated by 49-year old Lee Ann Morley of Ogdensburg.
Morley and her 16-year old passenger, Mason M. Morley, were not injured in the accident, police said.
Vaisey was transported to Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center where she refused medical attention, officers said.
Her blood-alcohol content (BAC) was reportedly .21 percent.
She was cited and released.
