CANTON -- No new cases of COVID-19 were reported to the St. Lawrence County Public Health Department yesterday, Wednesday, May 20.
The total number of confirmed positive cases to-date is 197, said Public Health Wednesday.
One hundred seventy-one cases have been released from isolation, Public Health said.
Three cases are currently hospitalized, officials said.
Two deaths have occurred to date from COVID-19, said Public Health. This fatality data comes from the New York State Department of Health and was last updated on May 14 before 2 p.m.
Public Health reports that 6,305 people have been tested for COVID-19 in St. Lawrence County as of May 16.

Testing is being done through both St. Lawrence Health Systems and Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center. Testing is by appointment only. Call the hotline numbers below between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. if you have symptoms or feel you should be tested:
