MORRISTOWN – Three people have been charged after investigators from the sheriff’s department uncovered a methamphetamine manufacturing lab while executing a search warrant on Brier Hill.
Joseph A. Mann, 33; Elizabeth F. Mann, 26; and Gloria M. Trombley, 28, were each charged with third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, a class D felony.
The sheriff’s department said detectives executed the search warrant at 592 Sand St. at around 5:15 a.m. Thurday, Aug. 16. An alleged meth lab was found at the rear of the residence with various pieces of lab equipment, including solvents and reagents that are components of making methamphetamine, said the sheriff’s department.
All three individuals were found in the residence at the time the warrant was executed.
The three were arraigned in town court before Justice James Phillips.
Joseph A. Mann and Trombley were remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond bail.
Elizabeth F. Mann was released under the supervision of the Probabtion Department.
The investigation is continuing and more arrests are pending, the sheriff’s office said.
