MORRISTOWN — A Morristown man was arrested Monday stemming from an alleged incident March 21 at High Street IRA (Individual Residential Alternative), 168 High St., according to state police.
State police arrested reportedly 27-year-old Alexander E. Gagnon for assaulting a male consumer at the High Street IRA, a facility managed by United Helpers.
The victim allegedly sustained bruising on his face and right arm.
Gagnon was charged with second-degree assault and first-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person, officers said.
He was arraigned in St. Lawrence County Court and released on his own recognizance, police said.
