MASSENA -- A Massena teenager is facing two felonies for allegedly possessing child pornography.
Tyler J. Hargrave, 18, is charged with possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child and promotion of an obscene sexual performance by a child, both felonies, according to state police.
Troopers said the Troop B Computer Crime Unit and the Bureau of Criminal Investigations in Massena searched Hargrave’s residence with a warrant and found “numerous digital files” on his electronic devices.
He was charged Tuesday and arraigned in Louisville Town Court. He was released under probationary supervision with orders to re-appear on May 3 at 5:30 p.m.
