Appointments included: Murphy Newman, high school guidance counselor, effective Sept. 3, 2019 to Sept. 2, 2023, $42,627 salary; Amanda Averill, Madison elementary teacher, Sept. 3, 2019 to Sept. 2, 2023, $40,281 salary; Tiffany Maynard, Nightengale elementary teacher, Sept. 3, 2019 to Sept. 2, 2023, $45,721 salary; Kimberly Lang, junior high reading teacher, May 20, 2018 to May 19, 2023, $41,890 salary; Zoe Zagrobelny, districtwide speech teacher, Sept. 3, 2019 to Sept. 2, 2023, $45,721 salary; Alaina Goodrich, junior high science teacher, Sept. 3, 2019 to Sept. 2, 2023, $42,627 salary; Candice Prairie, district clerk, July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, $69,000 salary; Tracey Supernault, district human resources specialist, July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, $51,000 salary; Mallory Olson, district treasurer, July 1, 2019 to June 20, 2020, $45,760 salary; Kristin Collarusso-Martin, Community Schools program coordinator, July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, $58,853 salary.

Substitutes included: Evan George, long-term junior high music teacher substitute, May 28, 2019 to June 30, 2019, $80 to $120 per day; E.J. Miller, Angela Wilhelm and Anastasia Burhans (effective May 10), Kristen Page (effective May 20) and Courtney LeBeau (effective June 6), teacher/teaching assistant substitutes, $90 or $85 per day; Tammy Dodson, support staff substitute, effective June 21, $11.25 or $12 per hour; Ellen Beckstead, support staff substitute, effective Sept. 3, $11.25 per hour; Erica Jacks, bus driver substitute, effective May 22, $16 per hour.

The board approved retirement of library aide Martha Burkhalter, effective June 27.

The board granted final tenure to high school science teacher Todd Kimble, high school assistant principal Shane Halliday, Jefferson elementary teacher Courtney Beaulieu, junior high music teacher Emily Robideau, junior high English teacher Cherie McGowan, Madison special education teacher Anna Hendershot and Nightengale elementary teacher Amanda Converse, all effective Sept. 1; and Jefferson elementary teacher Amanda Chapman, effective Sept. 25.
