MADRID — A Madrid resident created a Facebook page to share inspirational messages to essential workers.
The group is called NoCo Rainbow/Bear Window Hunt and can be accessed at bit.ly/3dFvned.
“I started it last week and already have over 1700 people,” said Peggy Durant, who created the page. “I just expected the locals to have some fun but it really has turned into something special in such an uncertain time. More and more people are joining every day and some of them are incredibly talented.”
Some people are sharing tributes they have made to support essential workers. Others are posting memes to lighten the mood. Others are sharing videos, including local musician Lacey Rae Stoddard-Peets.
Anyone is welcome to join the group.
