LISBON — A Madrid man was charged with driving while intoxicated on CR 14 Friday following investigation of a property-damage accident, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Brendan S. O’Neil, 23, was charged with first-offense DWI, failure to keep right and speed not reasonable or prudent, officers said.
His blood-alcohol content (BAC) was .09%, officers said.
He was cited and released.
