CANTON — A Madrid man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a property-damage accident on Pike Road Wednesday afternoon, according to state police.
Mark R. Blackmer, 45, was charged at 12:50 p.m. with aggravated DWI, driving without a license, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely.
No injuries were reported.
Blackmer was cited and released.
