LISBON —Lisbon Central School has launched a new website with help from St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES.
The school launched the new site at a new domain name: www.lisboncsd.org. The new site was created in cooperation with the St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES communications service and instructional technology services. The site was developed by Edlio, a website development company specializing in schools.
“Our goal is to provide a user-friendly web experience to our school community. This website was developed with our students, staff, parents, and community in mind. If you have any trouble locating information as you adapt to the new site, please don't hesitate to use the "contact" page to ask for help,” said Lisbon Central School Superintendent Patrick Farrand. “We feel the new website better reflects who we are as a district and provides a good balance of information and news updates."
The new website also includes many built-in features that make the site accessible to everyone, such as alternative text on photos and closed captioning on videos.
