OGDENSBURG -- Parents of children who will be five years of age on or before Dec. 1, 2019 and are a resident of the Ogdensburg City School District are asked to contact Madill School at 315- 393-7729 to request an appointment for kindergarten registration and screening.

All appointments will be made through Madill School Office, regardless of where the child will attend school.

Please be prepared to provide the child's name, parent or guardian names, address, phone number, and date of birth.

All scheduled screening appointments will be held at Madill School on May 14 and 15.

Parents must have their child's birth certificate, up to date immunization record, any custody papers, and proof of residency (e.g., school tax bill, lease agreement or utility bill) ready for their appointment.

Children must be screened before they can enter kindergarten.
