POTSDAM -- The Town Council's newest member, Toni Kennedy, was sworn in at the town's 2019 organizational meeting Tuesday, Jan. 8.
Kennedy, a new Democrat on the all-Democrat all-woman board, was elected in November to join the town's governing council.
While her family looked on, Potsdam Town Justice Samuel Charleson administered the oath.
Toni stood for a photo with members of the Kennedy family in attendance, seated at left, Toni's parents-in-law, John and Susan Kennedy, Toni's husband Joshua Kennedy at right, and their children, from left, Liam, Peyton and Shayne.
