DEPEYSTER — A Heuvelton man was killed Wednesday night on East Road, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Alex M. Basford, 19, was killed after a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu crashed into a tree, officers said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by St. Lawrence County Coroner Kevin Crosby.
The accident was reported to deputies at 10:34 p.m.
Heuvelton fire and first responders assisted on scene.
