CANTON — A Hermon man was arrested Aug. 8 for offering a false instrument when filing a pistol permit application in March, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Frank W. Brown, 69, was cited for the above charge after intentionally omitting an arrest on the pistol permit application, officers said.
He was cited and released.
