FOWLER -- A Gouverneur man was charged with possession and promotion of a sexual performance by a child Monday morning, according to state police.
Daniel D. Parshley, 45, was charged with two counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child, felonies and two counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child, felonies, troopers said.
Police did not make his arrest status available or say where the arrest took place.
