FOWLER — State police arrested a Gouverneur man Monday following a weapons complaint made to troopers Jan. 31.
Christopher J. Raven, 48, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon: Assault rifle at 10:53 a.m., police said.
He was released to a third party, officers said.
