WADDINGTON — A fire Friday afternoon completely destroyed a home at 2112 CR 28.
The fire was reported at 4:22 p.m. by a neighbor, according to Waddington Fire Chief Jimmy Armstrong.
He said the home was fully engulfed in flames when firemen arrived on scene.
Though the house was a total loss, firefighters were able to save a nearby garage from burning, he said.
No one was injured in the blaze. Three people were assisted by the American Red Cross following the blaze.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
Lisbon and Madrid fire also responded to the scene.
