EDWARDS — An Edwards man was arrested Tuesday on SH 58 after allegedly threatening another person with a shotgun, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Allen S. Oatman, 47, was charged with second-degree menacing after brandishing the pump action shotgun, officers said.
Deputies said Oatman was arraigned by Judge Dragun in Clifton and released.
An no contact order of protection was issued in favor of the victim, officers said.
