MORRISTOWN — An Ogdensburg man who is a registered sex offender was charged with failing to register a change of address, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Gregory C. Coughlin, 34, was cited after allegedly failing to register his address for more than 10 days, and he also failed to register two internet accounts, officers said.
He was released under the supervision of probation, deputies said.
