CANTON — A Newton Falls man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated Wednesday on CR 21, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Seth T. Robert, 23, was charged with aggravated DWI and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, deputies said.
Officer said were investigating into a suspicious vehicle parked on the roadside with the driver’s side door open.
Robert was allegedly found asleep in the driver’s seat with the vehicle running, deputies said.
His blood-alcohol content (BAC) was .18 percent, deputies said.
Robert was cited and released.
