CANTON -- The 36th Annual Edward I Moses Walk/Run for Life raised more than $70,000 on Sunday for the battle in St. Lawrence County against cancer.
On a beautiful day, participants raised just over $71,000 in the annual fundraiser, bringing the total raised in the event’s 36-year history to a figure approaching $1.5 million.

The John Deere miniature Gator was won by The Lisbon Interact Club, and driven by Ethan Bogardus, below. Ethan won the Duane Garrow award for the highest fundraiser under age 12. The Lisbon Interact Club will raffle the gator to raise money for juvenile diabetes.
