120 runners enjoy spring-like weather at Frozen Foote in Canton

CANTON – About 120 runners and walkers participated in the four mile Frozen Foote race in mid-50 degree temperatures Saturday at St. Lawrence University, Canton.

This is the 41st year of the four-mile out-and-back race that starts at SLU’s Newell Field House athletic complex. This was the second race of the 2019-2020 series and the 41st year of the race.

Winner was Jeff Jones of Canton with a time of 23 minutes, 37 seconds.

Victoria Lederer, Canton, won the women’s division with a time of 26 minutes, 11 seconds.
