Potsdam police cite four following traffic stops

POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged four motorists with driving infractions on Tuesday. Those charged included:

• Justin D. Cardinal, 28, Ogdensburg, was charged at 1:40 a.m. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a safety violation for no glass in the driver’s side front window, officers said.

• Alfa U. Jalloh, 20, Bronx, was cited for improper passing on the right on Clarkson campus at 3:17 p.m. following investigation of a property-damage accident.

• Jonah C. Stallard, 26, Saratoga Springs, was charged with speed in zone on Maple Street at 9:55 p.m. after being observed driving 48 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone.

• Brittany A. Lavier, 33, Potsdam, was cited for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in zone on Elm Street at 11:44 p.m. after being observed driving 44 mph in a 30 mph zone.

All four subjects were cited and released.
