• Collin M. Youngs was cited for inadequate head lights on State Street at 10:34 p.m.

• Larry Hall Jr. was cited for having a dog at large near New York Avenue and Oak Street at 3:55 p.m.

• Police disposed of a needle found on Commerce Street at 11:39 a.m.

• Philip Alcantra was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court at 11:20 a.m. at Price Chopper. He was arraigned by Judge Gebo and ordered held in St. Lawrence County jail.

• Philip A. Alcantra was arrested for second-degree assault at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center at 7:12 a.m. He was released under the supervision of probation.
