Ogdensburg police blotter, July 10
• Report at 4:25 p.m. from woman at Belmont Courts who says her neighbor is leaving CPS cards on her door. Police spoke with suspected party who denied the activity.
• Report of a man acting strangely at OFA on State Street at 3:23 p.m. Police located subject who stated he was having trouble receiving cellphone service and did not realize he was yelling.• Michael D. Wells was arrested following execution of a search warrant on Cherry Street at 9:33 a.m. He was charged with third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine at 112 Cherry St. He was arraigned by judge Alford and released under the supervision of probation.
• Police found and disposed of a needle found at the U.S. Post Office on State Street at 8:23 a.m.
