• Police disposed of a needle that was found on New York Avenue at 8:02 p.m.

• Robert J. Kendall Jr. was cited for failure to obey traffic control device at intersection of State and Ford streets at 3:58 p.m.

• Ethan C. Burwell was cited for improper turn and unlicensed operator at intersection of Ford and State streets at 3:39 p.m.

• Tara L. Lennox was cited for failure to stop at stop sign at 3:21 p.m. at intersection of Park and Jay streets.

• Kiana A. Zulauf was cited for speed in zone on Main Street at 12:59 p.m. for allegedly driving 42 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone.

• Police disposed of a needle that was found at 12:18 p.m. near Jay and Linden streets.

• Mark S. Risley was cited for speed in zone near downtown arterial at 12:08 p.m. after allegedly driving 52 mph in a 30 mph zone.

• Report at11:15 a.m. from woman on Jay Street that a dog is in her pool and can’t get out. Police were able to get the dog out of the water. They transported it back to the police station. The dog then reportedly ran away from an officer.

• Tina Carpenter was arrested at 11:07 p.m. on a bench warrant at the police station and later arraigned by Judge Alford and held without bail.

• Alarm activation at Ogdensburg airport at 10:22 a.m. False alarm.

• James McLean was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:34 a.m. for failure to appear in court. He was arraigned by Judge Gego and released on the terms of his bail.

• Robert K. Blanton was arrested on a NYS Park Police warrant at 8:53 a.m. and turned over to park police.

• Subject called stating people were tipping over garbage cans, basketball hoops and throwing things at front doors of houses on Franklin Street at 1:14 a.m. Second called stated there were about 6 kids, 3 on skateboards that were throwing water bottles at people’s doors. Police unable to locate subjects.
