Ogdensburg, Colton residents face felonies for impaired driving, troopers say

COLTON — A Colton man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated Friday morning on State Highway 56, according to state police.

Mark C. Lefreniere, 34, was charged with felony DWI: Previous convictions and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felony, police said.

He was additionally charged with speeding, illegal signal, driving left of pavement markings, putting stickers in the vehicle’s windows and an equipment violation for safety glass, troopers said.

His arrest status was listed as held.

OSWEGATCHIE — An Ogdensburg woman was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs on Ford Street Thursday night, according to state police.

Myrinda L. Fishbeck, 28, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and DWAI DRUGS: Previous conviction, both felonies, officers said.

She was cited and released.
