POTSDAM -- Potsdam police arrested a man Sunday morning following a complaint of a disorderly person on Market Street, according to Potsdam police.
Jared L. May, 20, Marion, was charged with unlawful imprisonment, criminal tampering, criminal trespassing and resisting arrest, officers said.
He was also charged with public urination, two counts of second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct and public lewdness, police said.
He was jailed on $500 bail, police said.
