Gouverneur police blotter, Sept. 12-17

Kimberly A. Hutton, 54, RedwoodArrested at 12 PM for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd, Driving the Wrong Way in a One Way, and Disobeying a Traffic Control Device. The defendant drove through a red signal on the William Street bridge while DOT workers had traffic lights operating to create one traffic flow to allow work to be done on the east side of the bridge. Defendant drove also drove off River Street the wrong way in the one-way lane. Defendant was also found to have a suspended New York State driver’s license. Defendant was issued uniform traffic tickets with a Gouverneur Town Court date.
Bradley S. Phillips, 28, Gouverneur
Charged at 4:22 PM for Disobeying a Traffic Control Device on East Main Street Gouverneur. Subject was issued a uniform traffic ticket with a Gouverneur Town Court date.
Jamie P. Bonanno, 30, Gouverneur
Arrested at 5:30 PM on a St. Lawrence County Court Bench Warrant issued by Judge Jerome Richards for Probation Violation. Defendant was arrested and transported to the St. Lawrence County Jail awaiting arraignment by the court.

Thomas L. Aldrich, 28, Gouverneur
Arrested at 12:25 PM for Speed In Zone 46/30 and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd. Defendant was operating a Chevrolet pick up truck on Johnstown Street at speed of 46 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour speed zone. Subsequent to the traffic stop it was found that the defendant had a suspended New York State Driver’s License. Defendant issued uniform traffic tickets with a Gouverneur Town Court date.
