Or was it that not too many more than 241 potential voters knew to turn out for the vote? At least with the school vote, I get the notifications the day after the vote was taken.
In the end, not much difference. I am not complaining about the outcome of the vote, just the way interested parties find these things out after it’s too late to use their right to vote.
