Opinion: Plumb has unique experience for justice, says Norwood resident

I am writing today in support of my candidate Kenneth “Juddy” Plumb for Town of Potsdam justice.

As a life long friend and counter part in many community projects I have had the privilege of working beside Juddy,

His life’s work has been in and around law enforcement. He graduated from NNCS in 1984 and went in the U.S. Army as a combat military police specialist. After serving our country he returned to the North Country and sought a degree in criminal justice at SUNY Canton. He entered the NYS trooper academy and served our community as a NYS trooper.

His duties over his career include, canine handler, drug recognition expert, many years in the bureau of criminal investigation as a undercover drug task force officer, and dealing with youth as a school resource officer.

Upon retirement he sought to work with young adults again and became an Instructor at BOCES in the criminal justice program, where he is currently employed. I have enjoyed years of coaching youth hockey with Juddy, working at The Norfolk Community Center project and working with wounded veterans through The Wounded Warrior Outdoor Adventures program.

He has served on the three volunteer boards of directors and has a reputation of honesty and integrity. If your looking for experience, Juddy Plumb is a uniquely qualified candidate seeking to serve his community again.

On Nov. 6, please vote for Kenneth “Juddy” Plumb Town of Potsdam Justice.
