It is disappointing to hear and see what the Christian Fellowship Center is doing in Canton. The leaders of this church are setting a bad example for the church and community.
The leader is conforming to the ways of mankind and not being transformed in the ways of Christ. The Bible tells us to love our neighbors.
Going to court and forcing the change of rules or codes is not love. It is twisting the neighbors' arms until they cry uncle, and that is bullying. If CFC wins and gets the code changed, they will set a precedent that people can force codes to be changed to get what they want.
It is with great sadness that we see a church use religion to become corrupt, political and divisive. The church leadership should be a good shepherd and stop this corrupt, political and divisive power struggle.
Lead your flock in the true ways of Christ and not the ways of mankind. "In Christ we should live free from manipulation and control, free from competition and selfishness."
We should live in harmony together.
