MASSENA -- AMVETS Massena Ladies Auxiliary 4 has awarded two local scholarship winners.
Hayley Castagnier, Massena, received a $1,000 first place scholarship. Hayley is the daughter of Scott and Patti Castagnier and plans on attending St. Lawrence University.
Alyssa Simons, Norwood-Norfolk received a $500 second-place scholarship. Simons is the daughter of Louie Simons and Kathy O’Neil and plans to attend SUNY Potsdam.
