CANTON -- Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of St. Lawrence County honored Matilda Larson, St. Lawrence County Planning Office, at their recent annual dinner.
Larson was recognized with a Friend of Extension award for her dedication to advancing agriculture through her efforts with the county’s Strategic Ag Plan, the Ag and Farmland Protection Board, and work to promote the impacts of agriculture in the county’s economy.
Friend of Extension awards are given to key partners whose work helps to enhance and expand the organization’s mission in serving the residents of St. Lawrence County.
