POTSDAM -- A senior from Parishville-Hopkinton captured a third-place win at the 14th Annual James and Katherine Andrews Young Artist Competition.
Mark Severtson, 17, a senior at Parishville-Hopkinton School, was the third place winner, performing on tuba.
The competition was sponsored by The Orchestra of Northern New York, and held at the Crane School of Music recently.
