OGDENSBURG -- The Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce has announced the September OFA Student of the Month is 8th grader Syrus Francoeur-Gladle.
He was nominated by Kerri TenEyck, OFA Middle School Guidance Counselor.
In her nomination TenEyck noted that Syrus is involved with the National Junior Honor Society, Web Leaders, Impetus, soccer and track.
Syrus said would like to be a professional soccer player, like his father.
Syrus received a certificate from OFA, a Chamber Dollars check generously sponsored by Ed-Med Federal Credit Union and a plaque from the Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce.
