POTSDAM -- St. Lawrence Health System congratulates Canton-Potsdam Hospital Employees of the Quarter Brian Moore, RN in the hospital’s Observation Unit.
Moore joined Canton-Potsdam Hospital in July 2012, and is said to be instinctive, dedicated, observant, a patient advocate, and someone who makes a difference.
Director of Medical Surgical/Observation Units Laura Kiely pointed to Moore’s attention to detail, his ability to establish order, and how he handles situations with confidence and grace.
“Brian is an exceptional nurse who demonstrates a high level of expertise. He is genuine when dealing with patients and their families; always ensuring he is addressing their concerns and providing high quality, safe patient care,” Kiely stated. “Brian has a very pleasant and cheerful disposition, and is highly respected by his peers and other members of the healthcare team. It is an honor to have him as part of our team.”
Employees of the Quarter were presented with a dish garden, gift certificates, a memento pin, and a designated parking space for the next three months.
