POTSDAM -- St. Lawrence Health System congratulates Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s (CPH) Employee of the First Quarter Angela Cady, Valet Parking Attendant with Environmental Services.
Angela Cady joined SLHS in May 2012. She is quite often the first face many people see when entering the hospital, and is described as always having a smile, and being great with people.
Director of Environmental Services David Calderon noted his department and the entire hospital are lucky to have Ms. Cady as part of their team.
“Just like most staff in this hospital, we start our day with a good morning to Angela and a friendly wave and smile,” Mr. Calderon said. “However, to most of our patients, she represents their first impression of our Health System. I have seen patients and their families walking out of the hospital with a sad look on their faces, as this may be one of the toughest days of their lives, only to have Angela in a matter of moments turn their mood completely around.”
